LEXICON Studio does not provide services on credit.   In accordance with payer preference, invoices can be issued in one of the following two ways:

- In blocks of 10 lessons, with a floating due date, that is, new invoice is not issued till the pre-paid balance has been used (recommended for short courses).

- one payment per month on fixed dates selected by a payer.  This convenient feature is available with a security deposit paid for 5 weeks of lessons.   For example, if one takes 2 (two) lessons per week, the security deposit has to cover 10 (ten) lessons.  

If an invoice is not paid within one week after the due date, the student gets to keep the time slots for his or her lessons booked in the instructor's schedule but the lessons themselves are supspended till the Studio receives the payment.  If the payment is not received by the end of the second week, all future lessons with the student are removed from the Instructor's schedule.  Once the payment is received, a new schedule has to be agreed.  Availability of the old schedule is not guaranteed.  

LEXICON Studio does not charge for missed lessons provided students respect the following rules:

- schedule changes have to be agreed with the instructor at least 24 hours in advance.

- Within one calendar month, the total number of cancellations should not exceed one-weeks worth of lessons.  For example, with 2 (two) lessons per week, a student can cancel up to 2 lessons per month without getting charged. 

Should the above rules prove difficult to observe, charges for lessons missed can still be avoided by moving such lessons to time slots offered by the Instructor.  

LEXICON Studio provides individual lessons or lessons for small groups of UP TO FOUR people.  The tuition cost of group lessons is calculated according to the formula “plus 1000 (one thousand) rubles” per each extra student, that is, in addition to the cost of one individual lesson. 

For example, if individual lessons to prepare for BEC test cost 5000 (five thousand) rubles, a lesson for two will cost 6000 (six thousand) or 3000 (three thousand) rubles per person.   For a group of four, the cost will be 8000 (eight thousand) or 2000 (two thousand) per person.

If a student currently attending classes refers one or more new students, the Studio shall reward such referrals according to the following rule:

1 FREE LESSON for the 1st referral

2 MORE FREE LESSONS for the 2^nd referral

3 MORE FREE LESSONS for the 3^rd referral

After that, 3 MORE FREE LESSONS for each further referral within the same calendar year.  Free lessons shall be added to the balance of the referring student once their referral has paid for the first 10 lessons.
