EmilyEnglish for Real Estate offers you an in-depth look at how to conduct a Real Estate sale from the initial contact with the potential buyer all the way through to the final contract signing. This course provides you with the opportunity to learn the English language and jargon you will need to communicate effectively in residential sales, residential property management, commercial sales, commercial property management and auctions as well as the language used by business brokers, buyer’s agents, valuers, body corporate managers and real estate agents.
Additionally, you will learn how to compose documents such as buyer’s-agent contracts, seller’s property-disclosure statements, purchase agreements, financing and appraisal contingency addendums, leases, inclusions/exclusions notices, title-insurance policies, mortgage forms, promissory notes, property deeds, association documents, closing forms, construction liens, construction bid forms, purchase contracts, owner finance agreements and purchase offers as well as how to properly explain them in English to clients. You will also develop the language needed to discuss financing, taxation, law and the policies as well as procedures involved in buying or renting spaces.
