This express course, Negotiations in English, will provide you with the opportunity to learn to effectively negotiate in English through professionally developed sections: Preparing to Negotiate, Opening the Negotiation, Making Proposals, Reaching an Agreement, Involving others, and Concluding the Deal.
In the Preparing to Negotiate section, you will learn why preparation for your negotiation is important, how to efficiently prioritize your information and useful phrases used in giving opinions as well as responding to them.
The Opening the Negotiation part of this course teaches you how to establish rapport on the individuals whom you will be negotiating with, how to start the negotiation, and beneficial phrases that will convey the plan of the negotiation as well as state your interests.
In The Making proposals portion of the course, you will be taught how to make proposals as well as respond to them, how make a counter proposal, and how to respond to a counter proposal,
In the section, Reaching an Agreement, you will gain valuable skills in persuading, bargaining, and listening. You will also learn new vocabulary essential for formulating proper phrases that will assist you in clarifying information and giving reassurance to the individuals to whom you are negotiating with.
The next portion of the course is about Involving Others. It teaches you how to work in a team, how to make logical spontaneous decisions, how to take turns during the negotiation, how to keep your colleagues informed, and answer questions during the negotiation.
